To keep our gaming space safe, fun, and fair for everyone, we ask all participants—especially during youth events and public play sessions—to follow these simple rules:
Kindness and respect are core to the gaming community. Bullying, teasing, or targeting other players will not be tolerated. Treat everyone as a teammate and fellow adventurer.
All property—yours, others’, or the store’s—must be respected. Taking anything that isn’t yours will result in immediate removal from the event and possible ban from future participation.
Whether it's fudging dice rolls, hiding cards, or misrepresenting rules—cheating spoils the fun for everyone. Play fair and be honest.
Helping other players during tournaments or competitive sessions (unless explicitly allowed) is considered unfair. Let everyone play their own game.
For safety reasons, no running or roughhousing is allowed in the store. Please walk and be mindful of others.
Leave your play space as you found it—or better. Toss your trash, stack your chairs, and respect the community space.
Accidents happen, but deliberate or careless damage to store merchandise or fixtures may result in being held responsible for replacement costs.
No profanity or inappropriate jokes. We want this to be a family-friendly space where everyone feels safe and included.
Sessions start promptly. Arriving late may result in missing out or delaying others.
The GM is the storyteller, referee, and guide. Their rulings are final during play—no arguing, please.
Don’t take minis, dice, books, or other store items without asking. If something’s borrowed, return it when you're done.
Please come to the store clean and fresh. Good hygiene is expected—no strong odors, unwashed clothes, or overwhelming scents. Let’s keep the space comfortable for everyone.
By joining a game at Swords and Spoons, you agree to these policies. Our goal is to foster a positive, inclusive environment for all players—and we appreciate your help in making that happen.

'Damaged condition cards show obvious tears, bends, or creases that could make the card illegal for tournament play, even when sleeved. Damaged condition cards have massive border wear, possible writing or major inking (ex. white-bordered cards with black-markered front borders), massive corner wear, prevalent scratching, folds, creases or tears.
